Hi, nice to meet you...
I always wanted kids, but the reality was beyond anything I imagined. My first pregnancy was filled with joy, and I spent nine months researching labor, breastfeeding, and newborn care. I felt confident (and slightly scared), but I quickly learned that was just the beginning of the journey. Life with a baby changed me profoundly—as a woman, partner, and mother.

One thing I didn’t prepare for? Baby sleep. The advice I received was vague at best, so we did what felt natural—responding to every cry with pacifiers, rocking, holding, and shushing (you get the picture). But exhaustion took its toll, and I found myself searching for real baby sleep solutions that actually worked.

Fast forward through many ups and downs, I discovered an incredible approach that changed everything. It gave me the confidence to gently guide my baby toward better sleep, and the transformation was life-changing. That experience sparked something in me—I wanted to help other families navigate sleep challenges with the gentle sleep specialist approach I had come to trust.

What I love most about this work is seeing the measurable change—a tired, overwhelmed family one week becomes a well-rested, thriving one the next.
