Hi, I’m Zara Jarrett, mom of two and a Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant based in Maine.
I’ve been in your shoes. The exhaustion, the frustration, and the hope that tonight will finally be different. That experience is a big part of why I do this work.

At Calm Compass, I help families improve sleep by looking at the full picture: routines, feeding, environment, and the big adjustment that happens when you become parents. When those pieces line up, sleep usually starts to improve.

I create personalized sleep plans that are gentle and structured, but the plan is only one part of the process. The real work is in the coaching that happens as families put it into practice. Having someone to guide you, answer questions, and help you adjust along the way makes a big difference.

I started this work because I’ve seen how much things can change when a family starts sleeping again. Parents often move from feeling overwhelmed and exhausted to calmer and more confident in how they handle sleep.
